<h3><font color="#333333"><strong>The BAYS Foundation awarded its first round of grants totaling $50,000 to five innovative non-profit youth sports and education programs targeting low-income children in the San Francisco Bay Area in December, 2009. The five recipients are East Palo Alto Tennis and Tutoring (EPATT); Girls on the Run Bay Area; Lacrosse for LIFE; Oakland Community Pools Project; and Real Options for City Kids (ROCK).
